Ordering an explanation

My Reflection

We have been learning about the structure and order of writing an explanation.  We had to put the piece of writing in the correct order.  I found this easy because I knew what to do.  My next step is to write my own explanation.

Solving Multiplication Promblems with 2 digit

My Reflection

I have been  learning to solve multiplication problems with 2 digit numbers.  I used place value to solve this problem.  I found this easy because I knew what to do.  My next step is to solve division with remainders. 

Classifying Celebrations

My Reflection

We  have been learning about celebrations.  There are different  types of celebrations.  We had to talk about these celebrations and decide what  type of celebrations they were.  I found this hard because  it was hard to choose what celebration they were.

Comparing Celebrations

         

My Reflection

We have been learning to compare and contrast different celebrations.  My group researched information about the moon festival.  My group researched was the moon festival is celebrated on different days.  Something I found interesting was not many countries celebrated the moon festival.  Next we worked in another group and used a venn diagram to compare our celebrations.  Things that are the same were that we did was the venn diagram.  My next step is to put more detail and information  in the venn diagram.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Responding to a text

My reflection

i have been learning to respond to a text using my prior knowledge and expeiace. We read a story called "Happy birthday  school " I was able to make a connection in this text when I read the story.  I found this hard because I couldn't find many information in the present.  My next step is to learn more about responding to compare it to other books.
